What began in 2017 as the Fair Play Alliance, a small community of practice among game developers, has blossomed into Thriving in Games Group (TIGG), a global non-profit (501c3). Today, TIGG unites hundreds of studios and organizations worldwide, representing all facets of the game industry and beyond, in a shared mission to help players, communities, and developers thrive.

Our team of dedicated subject-matter experts have experience at all sizes of studio, from the single-person indie to the largest triple-A company.

Our mission: To drive positive change in online gaming by promoting thriving communities, combating harmful behaviors, and empowering everyone with the tools and knowledge to create inclusive and welcoming spaces.
